Texas Star

A solid iron star, great for mounting on walls, fencing, or shutters. Buyer gets to paint/prime star to match wherever it is being placed. Looking for many years of last ability.

Written by Timberline Ranch on 22nd Nov 2017

Recently built a wood stand-up cooler for the fire pit area at my ranch. This star was the perfect addition to the front of the cooler. Built tuff, looks great and was shipped fast. Will be doing more business with this company.

Been looking around internet for these for my outdoor kitchen, found this item and it was PERFECT ! I have rough cedar door panels on outdoor kitchen, I offset these stars by placing a 1 " spacer behind them ,creating a cabinet door handle. LOOKS GREAT!!! Price was best of all.

Heavy Duty Star
Written by Rpbert E. Rankl on 17th Jun 2015

I bought this to make a trailer hitch cover. I bought a 2x2 standard shank with a flat end and had the this star welded on. Welding cast iron onto steel is not the easiest thing to do. During the cooling process one of the star points cracked. I'm just going to fill in the fracture with epoxy and use a steel brush to clean up the welds. And then I'll paint it fire engine red to keep people off the rear of my truck. This will dfinitely be one of a kind creation. Next time I'll use a smaller star with the flat back, rough up both sections, and just epoxy it without the weld process.
